Opening Ceremonies for the 18th Annual Deerfield Valley Blueberry Festival
 

Jacksonville Blueberry Festival Kick-off: Music & Market Event 4:00pm-7:00pm: Visit the Village of Jacksonville and enjoy live music by the Jacksonville Blues Band, local Blueberries, Whitingham Library Book Sale, and vendors of all kinds. Visit with live animals from The Vermont Museum of Natural History, and cool off at the Halifax Ice Cream Truck. ​Mount Snow Summer Block Party: Come hang out at Mount Snow's famous summer block party from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Live music from Vermont's own 'The Davids' blends genres from the region while offering guests a high-energy atmosphere. Their "Zero Gravity Beer Garden" offers a fantastic selection of local craft brews alongside the canned-only beverage stand "Canned". Food trucks from the region, a wide assortment of yard games, and the popular "boozy milkshakes" will be made available for all guests. Dogs are welcome!

The Art of Blue" – Special Art Show, plus free activities: Count the number of blue M and M’s, raffle, blueberry greeting card making, July 31-August 1 and The Art of Blue show opening July 18. â€‹

Boyd Family Farm: “Field of Blue” 9:00am-5:00pm – All 10 days of the festival! Join us at the Boyd Family Farm to celebrate blueberry season. Pick Your Own Fields are open daily. Whitingham Vermont Holiday Pop-up Shop: During the Blueberry Festival, we will be open
on Friday, July 31, and Saturday, August 1
. We are also open on Saturday, August 8! We will be offering some refreshing blueberry tea! Come and enjoy some while shopping our handmade and vintage items. We are located at 6677 VT Rt. 100, Whitingham - Open 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Blueberry Festival Parade | 11:00am-12:00pm (noon): Featuring local floats and marching bands. (Be seated along the parade route by 10:45). The Parade will run from the Dover Town Offices to American Flatbread on Rt. 100 N. Join us after the parade for more festivities, including a craft fair, Touch-a-Truck, Kids Fair, family-friendly activities, yard games, circus juggle jams, and more! 802-464-8092.

Blueberry Kids Fair - 10:00am-3:00pm: Enjoy bouncy houses, face painting, cotton candy, and more! Nimble Arts will join the fun with strolling circus entertainment and two juggle jams to be held at 12:30-1:15pm in the Kids Zone and 2:00-2:30pm at the Dover Town Park! 15th Annual Blueberry Festival Craft Fair 9:00am-3:00pm: Live music and artisans displaying many Vermont-made products. 171 Rt. 100 N, West Dover. Have fun on the practice hole in the grass or test your skills on the first two holes of the course, then easily walk back down the trail. Discs will be provided. The Uncommon Robin Pottery Studio: 6:00 pm, get ready to paint, sip, and let your creativity run wild at The Uncommon Robin Pottery Studio during the Blueberry Festival! Join us Tuesday at 6:00 PM and create your own painted pottery masterpiece—no rules, just fun. A blueberry theme is encouraged for a little extra inspiration! Enjoy refreshing blueberry lemonade (provided) while you paint, and feel free to bring your own beverages for a little extra kick—whatever helps your artistic muse! This relaxed, welcoming event is perfect for all skill levels—just bring yourself (and maybe a friend or two!). $75 per person.
